GRADUATION CEREMONY REMINDERS

Promptness – Plan your day so that you will leave enough time to get to all events at the appointed time.

Graduates and guests are reminded of the dignity and seriousness of graduation. This is a joyous time for all, but we should remember that the actual celebration comes after the ceremony, and we should conduct ourselves accordingly.

Guests are asked to be courteous and remain seated.  Please refrain from the use of noisemakers, air horns, and any other loud outbursts. All graduates have earned the right to have their names announced and heard.  Beach balls and other inappropriate items should be left at home.

Parents and guests will not be allowed to enter the stadium field until the end of the ceremony.  A professional photographer will take close-ups of individual graduates as they receive their diploma.

Dr Calvert will be happy to stay after the ceremony and re-create the moment for any guests that would like to take their own photo.
