In what has become an annual Nolensville tradition, the community partners with the Nolensville Band to provide flag subscriptions for registered veterans within the Nolensville High School attendance zone. We need your help! In 2024, because of the wide community support, all registered military veterans had a 3’ x 5’ flag installed in their yard on five patriotic holidays through the year. Flag installations occur on the Saturday of the Nolensville Veterans Day Parade, Memorial Day, the Saturday closest to Flag Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
If you are a military veteran, live in the Nolensville High School attendance zone, and wish to have a flag installed in your yard, please contact Suzanne Honeycutt at townevents@nolensvilletn.gov to ensure that you are properly registered as a veteran with the Town of Nolensville by October 15.
If you would like to sponsor a military veteran in this program, please complete the web form below, and your subscription will provide a veteran identified by the Nolensville Events Committee with a flag subscription for a year.
